TODDLER GYM
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: 19 October 2026
Toddler Gym is a learning and play app for children aged 2–6, operated by Thomas c Samuel. This policy explains the current offline app experience, this privacy website, and communications with parents and guardians.
1. Learning stays on your device
The app saves learning progress, scores, activity history, earned rewards, selected activities, and preferences such as sound, motion, haptics, and appearance on your device. These records allow activities to resume and settings to remain consistent. They are not sent to us or to an analytics service.
The app has no app accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, child profiles, social features, public posting, or uploads. It does not ask for a child’s name, birthdate, email address, precise location, photographs, or voice recordings. It does not access the camera, microphone, contacts, or location for learning activities.
Learning records and preferences remain on the device until you reset or erase them. We do not maintain a server copy of learning progress and cannot retrieve it remotely.
2. Audio, artwork, and AI
Activities use bundled recordings, illustrations, music, and fonts. Some artwork and narration were made with AI-assisted tools during development. The app does not offer live AI chat or send a child’s interactions, photographs, voice, or learning records to an AI provider. Story playback may continue while the device is locked, but this does not record audio.
3. Purchases
Purchases and purchase verification are not currently available. The planned one-time full-content unlock is not covered as an active service by this version of the policy. Before it is enabled, we will update this policy to explain the transaction information, verification providers, retention, restoration, and deletion arrangements.
Downloading an app or using an operating system may involve separate processing by Apple or Google under their own privacy policies. This policy does not replace those policies.
4. When you contact us
Support is intended for parents and guardians. If you email, call, or write to us, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, such as your email address or phone number and the contents of your enquiry. We use this information to answer your request, address privacy or security concerns, and keep track of the issue.
Email delivery uses Spaceship’s email-forwarding service and email providers that deliver and store the correspondence. Telephone and postal providers process communications you choose to send through them. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We do not use support messages for advertising or to build profiles of children.
Please do not send children’s personal information, passwords, payment-card details, or purchase tokens. If you think a child’s personal information has been sent to us, contact us using the details below so we can review it and arrange deletion where appropriate.
We review our support mailbox monthly and delete resolved enquiries within 90 days of resolution. Open enquiries are kept while needed to handle the request. If a specific legal requirement, dispute, or security investigation requires a record to be kept longer, we keep only what is needed for that purpose and delete it when that need ends. Email-provider backups and technical records may follow the provider’s own retention arrangements.
5. Visiting this website
Cloudflare hosts this website. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes network and request information, which may include your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and security or connection-error information, to deliver and protect the website. This processing is separate from the app’s on-device learning records.
We have not added analytics scripts, advertising pixels, forms, or tracking cookies to this website. Cloudflare may process technical information for its hosting and security services. Its processing and retention are described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy; we do not promise a single deletion period for Cloudflare’s independently managed records.
Opening an email or phone link uses the application you choose on your device. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.
6. Your choices and deletion
- Reset learning progress in Parents removes learning records while keeping preferences and any separately stored purchase access.
- Erase local data removes app-owned preferences, learning records, and any locally stored purchase evidence. It does not delete the installed media bundle or every operating-system cache, and it does not cancel or refund a store purchase.
- Learning storage is excluded from app-controlled backup and device-transfer mechanisms where supported. Operating-system, device-manufacturer, and store behavior may differ; these controls do not guarantee that all system-managed copies are prevented.
- Contact us to ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information held in support correspondence, or to object to further use where applicable. We may ask for the minimum information needed to check your identity or authority before releasing or deleting records. Please do not send identity documents with your initial request.
A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete a child’s personal information that may have reached us, or refuse further collection or use. We cannot remotely inspect or erase learning records held only on your device; use the in-app controls for those records. Children do not need to provide personal information to participate in the offline learning activities.
The app’s parent gate helps keep adult actions separate from play. It is not a mechanism for legally verified parental consent.
7. Sharing and security
We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information involved in website access and support is processed by the service providers described above for those purposes. We may disclose information where required by law or where necessary to address a security incident or protect legal rights. We do not make children’s information publicly available through the app.
This website uses HTTPS. Learning records are held in the app’s storage on your device, so protecting the device and its access code is important. No internet service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Send security concerns privately to the contact below rather than posting sensitive details publicly.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its date when our practices change. If we introduce purchases, online features, or new handling of children’s personal information, we will provide the relevant notices and obtain any legally required consent before that processing begins.
